We usually respond to emails within a few hours, but sometimes it takes a little longer. For instance, if you email us in the middle of the night (in the United States), it will probably be the next day before we'll get back to you. Hey, we're dedicated, but we need sleep, too!

PLEASE NOTE: Some email accounts such as AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc. have different kinds of filtering systems in place, and often have trouble receiving email for various reasons. If you don't hear back from us within a day or so, please provide us with an alternate email contact address to help us get back to you. (And check your "Bulk" or "junk" email folder in case our reply was filtered as spam.)

E-BOOK PROBLEMS:

In the event of any problems with your e-book download, be sure you filled out the registration information completely on the page you were sent to after your purchase.

There are only three reasons your e-book may not work, and all of them can be corrected:

1) Password typed incorrectly - Solution: Type very carefully. Remember that your personal password is case-sensitive and may have spaces. Type it EXACTLY as you see it in your reply email from us. If you have problems, copy and paste it using ctrl-C and ctrl-V.

2) Corrupt file - The download did not complete - Solution: re-download it from the page you were given in your receipt.

3) Adobe Acrobat is old or improperly installed. Solution: Make sure your Adobe Acrobat reader is up to date - version 5.2 or higher. (You can get the most recent version here: www.adobe.com)

ADVANCED AUDIO COACHING PROBLEMS:

First, be sure you were able to download the complete file for each segment. Downloads will occasionally abort early, leaving you with a file that cannot be unzipped. (If you get errors while unzipping them, chances are you got a corrupted file.)

You can compare the file sizes on the download page where they are listed. Save all the files to a single location on your hard drive, and write down the location so you don't forget where you placed them.
(And make sure you back them up!)

Be sure you're typing the unzip password correctly, with capitals and spaces as needed. And don't close your browser on the download page until you've got all the files.

Please note that these programs are removed 60 days after they are first posted (30 days for a previous month's session), so DO NOT WAIT! Download them immediately. After that time, you will NOT have access to get them again.

No exceptions. (Again, backup your files!)

NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION PROBLEMS:

When you fill in the subscription form on this site, you will be sent a confirmation email. You must respond to this email only in order to be confirmed on our mailing list.

PLEASE DO NOT send an email to us as your confirmation. These emails will be filtered and lost as they are not acceptable to complete the verification of your subscription. If you did not receive the confirmation, merely wait a day or so and then re-submit. (Check your spam filters, too.)
